Holland Park III is an apartment of grand proportions and period touches. Entering into a green-walled hallway, you’ll find the sitting room and kitchen both on the left. The high-ceilinged sitting room is especially stylish, with mid-century armchairs beside the bay window. Through a set of folding doors, you’ll come to the kitchen area, which overlooks the street through a second bay window. There’s a contemporary look to the lacquered white cabinets, while the wooden dining table seats eight.
On the right of the hallway you’ll find the master bedroom, where taupe wallpaper complements a pair of burgundy armchairs. To the right of the super king bed, a hidden door leads to a dressing room, and there’s also an ensuite with a silvery feature wall and a freestanding bath. The second bedroom, on the right, has a pair of single beds and a colourful armchair, and to the right again is the bathroom, with a walk-in shower.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
There are no wardrobes in the bedrooms so we will provide hanging rails for storage.
This apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building with no elevator.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the child-size beds in the second bedroom have been replaced with a pair of single beds.
This home does not accept toddlers.
The piano in this home is not for guest use.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
