The bedrooms and bathrooms share the same classic charm, while the separate guest house has an even more vintage vibe. Outside, the patio and garden are leafy and laidback, with plenty of space to sit and dine while looking at ocean views. The surrounding area’s full of cafés and eateries, and you’re just a minute walk from the beach. It’s only a ten-minute drive from here to the buzzing centre of Santa Monica.

This home has air-conditioning only in some of the rooms. Please speak with a sales associate for more information.

This home has a minimum stay of 30 nights.

There is restricted street parking only for this home. You will be provided with 2 parking passes for your stay.

The TV's in this home do not have cable, however, the TV in the front sitting room and in the guest house are Smart TV's.

The fourth bedroom has a toilet and basin that is not separated by a wall. There will be a divider set up for privacy.

The fireplace in the main sitting room is available for use- the ones in the rest of the home are not.

The fourth bedroom has a very steep set of stairs leading to the entrance.

The guest house has an open floor plan, there are no walls dividing the bedroom from the rest of the space.

The curtains in the bedrooms do not completely block out daylight.

This home is in an old building and has unique creaks and quirks.

This home's kitchen appliances are not modern.

There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
