With its vibrant artworks and double-height living space, West 13th Street combines the West Village’s bohemian heritage with sharp design features. Stepping out of the elevator, you'll first come to a formal dining room, an impressive space with ambient lighting and panelled walls. Next, there’s the kitchen, which has a marble-topped dining table, a pair of still life paintings and a door leading out to the garden. In the double-height sitting room, you’ll find a low-slung sofa lined with patterned cushions. This space is bordered on two sides by floor-to-ceiling windows, and a glass door here opens onto the balcony.

Upstairs, a hallway leads to the office, given an Eastern feel by the landscape artwork and terracotta walls. Further on, there are two single bedrooms, each with their own private balcony. Up again, you’ll find the master bedroom, which has a queen-size bed, an ensuite (with a Jacuzzi bath) and a balcony, along with a rooftop terrace filled with potted plants.

Home truths

This home spans over three floors with no internal elevator. The private keyed elevator opens onto the apartment entrance floor with the sitting room, balcony, dining room, kitchen, toilet room and garden. The second bedroom and third bedrooms, bathroom and study are located on the second floor. The master bedroom, master ensuite and terrace are located on the third floor.

This much-loved home is worn down in some places, especially the second bedroom, third bedrooms and second bathroom.

There is one adult-themed artwork in the dining room.

The office with a sofabed does not have a door.

One loveable cat lives at this home. She won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
