And in this playful home you’ve plenty of room to spread out – be it in the airy living room, or at the dramatic kitchen’s black breakfast bar. Tribeca is where trendy bars line charming cobblestone streets, and surrounded by famed eateries and petite coffee shops there’s something to satisfy every taste, both outside and in.

Your hosts’ personalities are visible in every corner of Finn Place II, from the Union Jack ottomans to the polka dot bull's head, and they find busy days working in the City are best followed by nights spent relaxing in their open-plan home.

Off plane

Finn Place II's generous open space has been enlivened with an acute eye for detail. Geometric wall art is suspended above the plush curves of the deeply tufted corner sofa, and the coffee table appears to defy physics.

A bench nook at one edge is the perfect place to set out a board game, the twin bedroom just as playful still – featuring a bookshelf ladder and no shortage of boyhood treasures. The spa-like master suite has a soaking tub in the bedroom, and the conflicting rectangles and hexagons of the ensuite just beyond are both cool and contemporary.

Home truths

This apartment is home to one lovable dog. While she won't be in residence during guest stays, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room, kitchen and master bedroom and the entire home is cooled well by these three units.

This home does not accept children under the age of five.

Guests should note that the queen bedroom, while still quite private, does not have a door.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
