All things hip In the heart of the West Village, Jones Street Townhouse is cool and calm. You enter into an open-plan living area, with its few classic details (beams, long windows, two slate-surrounded fireplaces). It has a sitting area – inviting, with a sofa, a lime-green armchair and a colourful rug – a chic kitchen and a dining table for six. Further on, doors open onto a little terrace. Below, there’s another sitting area (which opens onto the garden) and the fourth bedroom and its ensuite. Then up one floor you’ll find a grey-marble bathroom with a steam shower and the second and third bedrooms, both with designer furnishings and original details. And above them, finally, there’s the master bedroom and its ensuite toilet room. This elegant space has a queen-size bed (which stands beneath a vaulted skylight), a sitting area and its own tucked-away terrace.

The wifi speed in this home supports usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.
Some traffic noise can be heard from inside the bedrooms.
There is no wardrobe in the master and fourth bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the third bedroom has been updated with a queen bed.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
The curtains in the master bedroom do not completely block out daylight. Additionally, there is a large skylight in this room.
This home has central air conditioning on the top three floors. On the lowest floor, there are individual air conditioning units in the second sitting room and fourth bedroom.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
