Stepping into Bergen Street III’s entry hall, you’ll find a staircase and toilet room straight ahead, and the formal dining room to the right. There’s an impressive ornamental fireplace at one end of the dining table, and the walls are lined with vintage maps. The L-shaped kitchen is next, where you’ll find a blackboard and a long wooden counter. The sitting room is adventurously decorated, with colourful chairs and cushions giving the space a vibrant feel. The door to the patio and shared back garden is here too.

The master bedroom is on the second floor, on your left, with slate-grey walls and blonde hardwood floorboards. Beside it is a lavender bathroom with a walk-in shower. The playful second bedroom is just down the hall, with circus tent drapes and a hanging swing chair.

Home truths

This home spans over two floors with no elevator. Guests enter on the parlor floor and will find the sitting room, dining room, kitchen, toilet room, private patio and, a floor below, the communal garden. The master bedroom, second bedroom and two bathrooms are located on the second floor.

There is a queen sofa bed in the sitting room that can be set up for two, and a bunk bed in the second bedroom that will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, with room for a further one adult on the top bunk. Please let us know when you book if you would like either prepared.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
