Lenox Townhouse is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Harlem. With its characterful mix of original details, vintage finds and more contemporary pieces, this home’s impressive open-plan living area feels nonetheless welcoming. The four bedrooms are full of distinctive touches too – from the second bedroom’s ornamental fireplace and striking chandelier, to the master bedroom’s traditional copper bathtub. You’ll find the surrounding streets to be lively, with many vibrant bars and restaurants. Central Park is within easy reach, and you’re only around a one-minute walk from the subway at 125th Street.
The entrance to this home is at the top of exterior stairs. Once inside, the home spans over three floors with no elevator.
This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests with an additional sofa bed in the second sitting room that can be made up as a single or king sized sofa bed, bringing the maximum guests up to 11.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
This lovingly and beautifully restored townhouse is a slice of New York history, with many original details, from the flooring and some light fixtures, to the intricate woodwork and trim. As such, guests will find some wear and tear is noticeable.
There are air conditioning units in the bedrooms only.
The heating in this home is controlled by the building and cannot be adjusted manually.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
