The captain of your stay is an athletic West Coast transplant who sailed to Eastern ports, making his way as an entrepreneur.
You'll be struck at once by the intriguing layout of this home, part of a historic building converted into fascinating residences. Drift through the sleek kitchen to the combined living and dining room, where you'll find a vision of hearty weathered wood, brass fixtures, and supple leather. Sky blue accent walls, a studded brass sideboard, and intricate curios create a nautical ambiance.
Retreat into the privacy of the lofted den, separated from the rest of the home by partition walls that let in natural light. A plush couch, writing desk, and distinct end tables provide a relaxing mood. Feeling active? This vessel comes with all the amenities on board, including a fully-equipped fitness centre, pool, and roof terrace. When it's time to turn in, you'll find the captain's cabin behind a rustic sliding door. Crisp, modern lines combine with a palette of whites and greys to help you drift off into slumber.
The bustling Financial District intermingles ornate art deco and Greek revival architecture with glittering glass. You're never far from the water here: head to nearby Battery Park or the South Street Seaport for stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and harbour. There, you'll find quaint shops and restaurants set on cobblestone streets.

This home comfortably sleeps two, with an additional queen sofa bed bringing maximum occupancy to four.
While there is no wardrobe in the bedroom, guests will be provided with a hanging rail for their use.
The minimum stay length for this home is three nights.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
