Bright spark Kensington Church Walk catches the eye. On a narrow lane off Kensington High Street, it’s central yet surprisingly quiet. The sitting room, all in white, is directly ahead as you step inside, made cosy by paired sofas and three period sash windows. There are dramatic elements too, like the swirling mirror, bright statement lamps and glass-topped coffee table. To the left of the hallway is the twin bedroom, as well as the master: all beige tones with blue curtains. You’ll find the bathroom and its marbled sink at the far end, with the kitchen just to the right. It’s a modern space, with white cabinets and a shiny table that seats four. But this home’s brightest spark might be what’s outside. Kensington’s shops are just around the corner, and you’re close to Notting Hill and the Serpentine.

  • This home has private off-road parking. Please let us know if you would like to have the parking space when you book.

  • This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

  • Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the second bedroom has been updated from two single beds to a double bed.

  • Although there is a communal lift in this building, there are several steps before.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
