Black and white
This first-floor home in Primrose Hill is uncompromisingly stylish. Stairs lead up to the front door, beyond which is a hallway. To the right is the open-plan living area—the first glimpse of this home’s monochrome aesthetic. At one end there’s the clean-cut kitchen, its white cabinets and black breakfast bar half-hidden by a birch-patterned screen. At the other is a sitting and dining area, with a black leather sofa and armchairs and a bright-white dining table. To the left of the hallway you’ll find this home’s double and single bedrooms (both with whitewashed walls and dark wood floors), a sleek bathroom and a toilet room.
Straight ahead, up another flight of stairs, is the attic master bedroom. Inside, the glossy leather bed – a striking contrast to the white-painted exposed brick walls – initially seems to be the centrepiece. But there’s also a rather impressive claw-footed bath here, tucked beneath a wide skylight.
There's no storage space in the third bedroom, so we will set up a collapsible hanging rail for your stay.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
While babies are welcome, this home is not suitable for toddlers or children.
This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
There are stairs up to the entrance of this home, and no elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
