A new angle
Along one of the West Village’s famously off-grid streets, this home is close to both Chelsea and Washington Square Park. Entering into the hallway, you’ll find the sitting room – which has a triangular floor plan – just ahead. Long suede curtains sweep against a white hardwood floor, and there’s a lavish look to the pendant lamp which hangs above the grey sofabed. In the open-plan kitchen you’ll find a marble-topped island and four metallic barstools, as well as cream subway tiles and more hanging lamps.
There’s a panelled mirror and a black-and-white palette in the bathroom, to the left of the sitting room, and to the right is the bedroom. A button-backed headboard complements the soft grey walls, and there are angled stainless steel lamps on either side of the king-size bed
This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.
There is currently construction going on in the lobby of this building, however there is no audible construction noise inside the apartment.
This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room and master bedroom.
There is a small double sofabed in the sitting room. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
