With the Hollywood Hills as its backdrop (and within sight of the famous Hollywood sign), Ledgewood Drive is impressive inside and out. Entering into a courtyard, the front door is just across a pretty koi pond. Inside, there’s a sitting room first on the right. Beyond its corner sofa and contemporary fireplace is a dining area, which has a circular table and doors onto the garden (where there’s a swimming pool, a hot tub and an outdoor dining table). And just past that there’s a sleek kitchen with a breakfast bar.

You’ll also find a bathroom and two subtle-yet-stylish bedrooms – one ensuite – on this floor, and a second sitting room (with a sofabed and another kitchen area) downstairs. Next, the spiral staircase leads up to the ensuite second bedroom and the master bedroom. This final room has a tan-leather bed, a hide lounger and a turquoise-and-white ensuite, and gives onto a walkway leading to the garden.

Home truths

As this home is in the Hollywood Hills, the cell reception can be a bit spotty.

This home has an open swimming pool accessible via the sitting room and kitchen without a fence.

In the second bedroom, the glass windows behind the bed open up and look down into the second sitting room below.

There is space for one vehicle in the garage of this home and two additional vehicles in the driveway.

There is a sofabed in the second sitting room which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

Though there is a working BBQ grill in the garden, the built-in BBQ pictured is not currently functioning. There will be a freestanding BBQ provided for your stay.

This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
