Inside, you’ll come first to a bathroom (boldly decorated, with a bath and an integrated shower) and two simple bedrooms, one of which leads to the garden. On the next floor up there’s the master bedroom – grey-painted, with contemporary furniture and an ensuite bathroom. You’ll also find a copper-and-marble ensuite (with a steam room) and another bedroom.

Next up, at the top of another staircase, is this home’s open-plan living area. To one side there is a sitting area and opposite there’s a stylish kitchen (with concrete countertops and a breakfast bar), off which you’ll find a toilet room. And above that, finally, there’s the roof terrace. It’s a secluded spot, and has a table for eight with a striking city view.

The wifi speed in this home supports moderate usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions and one high-demand application: streaming HD video, video conferencing OR online gaming.

There is no wardrobe in the third bedroom but there is closet in the hall just outside the room.

The curtains in the third bedroom do not completely block out daylight.

This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room, kitchen, office and all bedrooms.

The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

One lovable and hypoallergenic dog lives at this home. She won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

This home is currently on the market for sale and the homeowner may ask you to accommodate a showing from time-to-time. We will work to limit any interruptions as much as possible.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
