From its high ceilings down to its earthy colour palette, Lennox Gardens IV has a wholesome feel. White walls meet varnished pine in the sitting room (to the left of the entrance hallway), which has a tiled floor and a pair of coffee-coloured sofas. The artwork ranges from abstract paintings to a classical bust, and the dining table (for six) is brightened by a trio of shuttered windows. There’s another bust, as well as an aquamarine splashback, in the kitchen across the hallway.
The bathroom, next on the right, is contemporary in grey and white, and at the end of the hallway is the bedroom. With curved bedside tables and a metal bedstead, it’s characterfully furnished. There are more natural touches here, too – a teal chest of drawers is backed by a floral feature wall, and there’s an even leafier view of trees and plants through the shuttered windows.
There is no access to the communal garden for guests.
While babies are welcome, this home is not suitable for toddlers or children.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The fireplace in this home is purely decorative.
This home is on the lower ground floor, and there are stairs down to the apartment entrance which are quite steep.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
