At Lindamere Drive, you’ll first come to the poolside garden and its magnificent views of Bel Air’s hillside terrain. Sun loungers and shady nooks surround the back garden and pool, where there’s a pizza oven and Argentinian grill for patio dining. Glass doors lead inside to the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar and farmhouse-style dining table. Past the dining space, there are two sleek sitting areas next to each other, both with quick access to the outdoor trampoline, making the home an inviting prospect inside, as well as out.

The white-walled second bedroom and bathroom are near the front door, with the third and fourth bedrooms (both with double beds) along the right side of the home. At the end is the master bedroom (with a contemporary super king bed), and an ensuite where you’ll find a waterfall shower and a claw-foot bath.

Home truths

This home is high in the hills and as a result cell service can be spotty at times. The homeowners have provided a booster signal for Verizon and AT&T networks, please let us know if you need this.

The master bedroom and second sitting room TVs have access to cable and AppleTV, the guest bedroom TV only has AppleTV, no cable.

Since the photo shoot the crib and the airbed pictured have been replaced with a double bed which sleeps two guests.

This home has an open swimming pool without a fence. The homeowners have a net to go over the pool if you wish to use it.

There is space to park four cars in the driveway of this home.

The fireplace in this home is purely decorative.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
