Wind and water
Within earshot of the waves of Venice Beach (and a short walk away, over a canal bridge), Lighthouse Court has more than just feng shui in its favour. Entering at street level, you’ll find the sitting room first on the left. Contemporary sofas sit on a traditional rug, while French windows open out to one of this home’s several balconies. The dining room is straight ahead, and the kitchen and second sitting room (also both blue) are on the right.
Head down a floor, the second bedroom is opposite the second bathroom. Straight ahead, there’s a sofabed and foosball table in the third sitting room, which leads out to the garden. On the top floor, you’ll find two bright bedrooms (with double beds) and the master bedroom, which has a balcony and a pair of ensuites. Up on the roof terrace there’s a fire pit and an impressive ocean view.
One dog and one cat live in this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
There is a sofabed in the third sitting room which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.
There is space for one standard-sized vehicle in the garage of this home. There is also street parking near the home.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
