Louella Avenue II is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Venice. This home’s contemporary living areas have polished concrete floors, super-sleek wooden furniture and glass walls, which give onto a very smart garden with a pool and places to sit and dine. All four bedrooms are similarly done, with the master, which has an ensuite with a sunken bathtub, being particularly impressive. The area’s leafy and quiet, but you’re within easy reach of Abbot Kinney Boulevard (known for its hip boutiques and eateries), and it’s only a little further to Venice Beach. And neighbouring Santa Monica is just a 12-minute drive away.
The homeowner's cleaner will service the home on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence). There is, however, a pool cover.
Three loveable dogs live at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
There is no parking in the driveway but there is plenty of unrestricted street parking.
There is a double bed in the second and third bedrooms. They can sleep two people but is more comfortable for one.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
The master closet is not available, however, there are drawers and we will also provide a hanging rail for your convenience.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
