As its name suggests, there’s an impressive prospect of Silver Lake Reservoir from this home. There’s also a great deal to see inside. You’ll enter on the middle floor – the fitness room is on the right, followed by a bathroom. From the hall, you’ll come to the open-plan living space. The contemporary sitting room is to the right, and a modern kitchen and a dining room are to your left. There’s also a wraparound patio, which has outdoor seating with panoramic views of the reservoir.
Down a floor, there’s a smart kitchenette, a bathroom and the second and third bedrooms (both with queen-size beds). Doors here lead to the tiered garden, where you’ll find a decked level with a ping-pong table, and a play tepee on the lower level. Up on the top floor of the home, there’s an open hallway with floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, you’ll come to the master bedroom, which has its own patio and an ensuite with a Jacuzzi bath. The office and another bathroom share this floor, as well.
Since the photo shoot, the homeowner has added a single day bed to the office, which can sleep one additional guest. Please let us know if you'd like this made up for your stay.
The curtains in the second and third bedroom do not completely block out daylight.
There is space for two cars in the driveway of this home.
This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
