Close to the old American Express building, Hubert Loft generates a different kind of interest. Taking the elevator up to the entrance hallway, you’ll find the bathroom straight ahead, which has a mosaic-tiled bath and a large walk-in shower. Along the hallway to the right, a yellow accent headboard stands out against the master bedroom’s jet-black feature wall, and there’s a colourful collection of art in the second sitting room.
Both the second bathroom and second bedroom (with a lofted single bed) are further along the hallway, and at the end is the open-plan living area. There’s a study area here, and four can sit at the slate-topped breakfast bar in the kitchen. Beyond, opposite a dining table with six executive-style chairs, you’ll come to the sitting room, which has vibrantly patterned cushions and a mustard corner sofa.
The WiFi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.
There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom but there is hanging space in the hall closet just outside the room.
There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
The bed in the second bedroom is a lofted single bed.
This home has air-conditioning units in all bedrooms.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
