Though only a quick walk to the beach, Mabery Road is a four bedroom home nestled in the canyon surrounded by greenery. A palm-shaded walkway along the side of the home leads to the entrance. The kitchen is to your left with a breakfast bar. Next door, the sitting room, is where you’ll find a dining table for eight, a piano near the brick fireplace and sliding glass doors leading to the patio (there are views of Rustic Canyon and the Santa Monica Mountains). Here, as well as an outdoor dining table with a seating area and bikes (which you’re welcome to borrow during your stay), there are stairs leading down to the garden.

Turn right from the front door for the three queen bedrooms, next to a renovated garage (which is now a sleek cinema and games room with a ping-pong table). Upstairs is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom and ensuite – there’s a desk, sofa and a jacuzzi bath along with a private balcony with another impressive view.

One loveable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

There is a bit of interior construction taking place on the lot adjacent to the home, though it is not very noisy and only takes place during the week from around 9am-4pm. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions.

There is space for two vehicles in the driveway of this home.

The minimum stay length for this home is thirty nights.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
