A breath of fresh air
Despite its location in the lively area of Bayswater, St. Michael’s Street feels pleasantly removed from the fray. Entering into a hallway, you’ll find the bedroom directly on the right. Though compact it doesn’t lack style, with a charcoal button-back bed and printed silk curtains hanging from windows that overlook the communal courtyard. Straight ahead is the grey marble bathroom, with bathtub and integrated shower, and the final door on the left leads to the open-plan living area.
Charming artworks diverge from contemporary sleekness here. There’s a neat sofa at one end of the room and a glass dining table at the other, opposite the minimalist kitchen. The host heads to famous (and nearby) Hyde Park to enjoy the outdoors, but there’s also the option of opening one of this room’s French doors and stepping out onto the patio. Or Paddington station is close by, and from there you can catch the bus, tube or train into central London.
Please note that there is no TV in this home, but with such a central location we're sure you won't even miss it.
This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
