Flatiron is known for high style, and this home is a shining example of that. You step first into a hallway, where you’ll find the white-painted bedroom through an open doorway on the right. A black queen-size bed sits surrounded by a couple of impressive abstract artworks. Beyond, the bathroom has a shower and is smartly tiled in grey and white.
And then the last door leads through to open-plan living area. First up is the kitchen, with its slim white cabinets and ice-blue splashbacks and countertops. Further along there’s a slate-topped dining table set with a bench and two copper-coloured chairs, and, finally, you’ll find the sitting room. As well as a sofa and two designer armchairs, this last space is full of eye-catching touches – from bold canvases to cool vintage ornaments.
There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom but there is hanging space in the hall closet just outside the room.
The bedroom does not have a door.
Some traffic noise can be heard from inside the bedrooms.
This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.
The homeowner occasionally smokes inside, so there is a faint aroma of cigarettes at this home.
The wifi speed in this home supports high usage for 3-4 users at a time. This includes basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
