In Duggan Loft, you’ll find industrial elements – rugged wooden columns and exposed ceiling beams – paired with stylishly modern furnishings. In the centre of the main living space, there’s a large antique dining table, and past that, a pair of grey sofas. The kitchen is open to the living area, with a marble-topped island and stainless steel appliances. A grey-tiled bathroom and a toilet room are both just off this space.
To the right of the living area is the fourth bedroom, which has a sofabed. Next, the second and third bedrooms both have lofted beds with desk nooks, colourful artwork and a window which connects the two. A set of steps at the end of the hall leads up to the master bedroom, its ceiling beams offset by crisp, white walls and contemporary artworks. Here you’ll find a king-size bed and French doors with access to the terrace.
There is a sofabed in the fourth bedroom which can be set up for two, with the option of a memory foam topper. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
The beds in the second and third bedrooms are raised single beds.

Although this home sits on the intersection of two busy streets, this oasis is largely shielded from the surrounding city noise as the windows overlook interior courtyards rather than the bustling city streets.
There will be construction on the back wall overlooking the patio of this home beginning June 15th and lasting for six weeks. Use of the patio might be restricted between 9-5 may be restricted while the work is being carried out. Please inquire at the time of booking for the latest information.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
