Beam balance In Duggan Loft, you’ll find industrial elements – rugged wooden columns and exposed ceiling beams – paired with stylishly modern furnishings. In the centre of the main living space, there’s a large antique dining table, and past that, a pair of grey sofas. The kitchen is open to the living area, with a marble-topped island and stainless steel appliances. A grey-tiled bathroom and a toilet room are both just off this space. To the right of the living area is the fourth bedroom, which has a sofabed. Next, the second and third bedrooms both have lofted beds with desk nooks, colourful artwork and a window which connects the two. A set of steps at the end of the hall leads up to the master bedroom, its ceiling beams offset by crisp, white walls and contemporary artworks. Here you’ll find a king-size bed and French doors with access to the terrace.
