* There are many stairs in this home and is spread over multiple levels with an internal elevator. There are also stairs up to the front door entrance with no external elevator.
* There is no Cable TV in the home, instead there are Samsung Smart TVs where you can access streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc or access YouTube TV, which shows live TV.
* There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
* There are external security cameras in the front patio, front door and outside garage areas.
* There is space for one car in the garage of this home. There are also two additional parking spots outside in front of the garage.
* The homeowner's pest control company visits once every two months to service the outside area of the home.
