The high life

In keeping with its surroundings, this Upper East Side home is sleek and sophisticated. The front hall leads past a dark-grey bedroom and a bathroom and along to the kitchen, which is stylishly done, and has a granite breakfast bar. From there, doors open into the dining room, where you’ll find a glossy dining table and a set of French doors which open onto the garden (which has a dining area of its own). Then on the next floor you’ll find two sitting rooms – the first open to the dining room below, with smart seats and many artworks, the second full of books.

Another floor up there’s the fourth bedroom, a marble bathroom and a grey-and-teal sitting room. Beyond its graceful sofa and armchair is the master bedroom, its king-size bed sitting on a silvery rug. And above that, on the final floor, you’ll come to the second bedroom, the third bedroom (mirrored, and lit by glittering glass lamps) and another two bathrooms.

Home truths

The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

This home has a garden which is not pictured. We'll be taking photographs soon.

The curtains in the fourth bedroom do not completely block out daylight.

There is space for two single airbeds in the sitting room and second sitting room if you need extra sleeping space for your stay. Please let us know when you book if you would like either prepared.

There is currently scaffolding on the building next door and intermittent construction.

This home is currently undergoing major renovations, including a major update to all bathrooms. These updates will be completed in the spring, prior to guest check-in. We will be taking new photos once the updates are complete.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
