Share a quiet morsel in a chef’s daydream kitchen, a mosaic- and sage-frosted culinary haven that showcases steel appliances and acres of marble-topped counter space, or dine al fresco on the private terrace.

Entertaining local notables? Girded in mahogany wainscoting and stained glass yet embellished with rustic cotton textiles and hand-painted chinaware, the grand dining room is equal parts palace-proper and countryside cosy. And with a warren of private, thoughtfully appointed quarters unfolding across the two floors above, rest easy as you journey the harried city centre.

Home truths

This townhouse is home to a very lovable dog. While he will not be in residence during guest stays, this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

This home has air-conditioning in the kitchen and all bedrooms.

This is a much loved and lived in pre-war townhouse features original fixtures and woodwork mixed with antique furniture and updated appliances. As such, guests will find that in some places the decor is dated and worn.

Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the fourth bedroom has been updated with two single beds. Additionally, a fifth bedroom has been added, with a double bed. We will be taking new photographs soon.

While there is no wardrobe space in the master bedroom, a wardrobe in the hallway will be available for guests to use.

The mattress in the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and the fourth bedroom are on the floor and don't have bedsteads.

While one of the guest bedrooms on the third floor does not have a wardrobe, there will be a handy hanging rail for guests to use.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
