Up high in Hampstead, this top-floor home is impressively lofty. Taking the staircase up from the front door, you’ll find the bedroom to your left. Up in the eaves is the master bedroom, where you’ll find arched skylights above a brass king-size bed, and exposed beams painted the same white shade as the walls. There’s a leafy view from the desk – tucked into a window alcove – and the ensuite has a black-and-white palette.

Straight ahead from the staircase is the main living space. A large grey corner sofa is flanked by books on the right, and to the left is the office, which has a day bed and a pair of mirrors. In between you’ll find the kitchen. There’s space for three on the wrought-iron bar stools, while the dining table (which seats 6) sits under another set of skylights.

Home truths

There are limited blinds covering the windows in the Master Bedroom.

There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

This home is located two floors up from street level with no elevator.

The slanted ceilings as visible in the photographs of this home are less than 6 feet high at certain points.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
