Top to bottom
You enter Stuyvesant Square II from the top of the home and take the stairs down through the levels. From the entrance, head down one floor, and you’ll find the master bedroom overlooking the living space. The bathroom and second bedroom (with a single bed and toddler bed) are just down the hall.
Down another flight you'll find the third bedroom (with a single bed), a bathroom, and the living space beyond. L-shaped granite countertops separate the galley kitchen from the dining area, where a trio of antique mirrors hang beside the dining table. In the sitting room, double-height ceilings and long windows open up the light-flooded space. A plush sofa and kids' play area sit atop a floral rug, and there's a flatscreen TV for movie nights in, making this a fine family home from top to bottom.
This home spans over three floors with no internal elevator. Enter on the first floor and descend the stairs to find the master bedroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom. The sitting room, kitchen, third bedroom and bathroom are located one floor below.
Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the second bedroom has been updated with bunk beds.
This home has a terrace off the third bedroom that is not pictured. We'll be taking photographs soon.
This home has steep internal stairs throughout.
This home has air-conditioning units in the sitting room and all bedrooms.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
