This Holland Park home, which sits beside an immaculate shared garden, is simply charming – inside and out. You’ll come first to an open-plan living area – grey-painted and wood-floored, with contemporary artworks. At one end there’s a sitting area with a cushion-spread sofa and two armchairs, and at the other is the kitchen, its sleek dining table set with red chairs.
Next, stairs lead up to the second floor, where the main bathroom is straight ahead. Also on this floor is the second bedroom, a simple red-and-cream room with a striking book-lined shelf and an ensuite. The third bedroom is up here too, with a single bed and fish-patterned wallpaper. Up again, you’ll come to the skylit master bedroom. Inside this elegant room you’ll find a super king bed and a smart ensuite bathroom. The windows overlook this home’s terrace – a verdant nook with a table and chairs.

The homeowners have a pet fish whose tank remains in the home during guest stays. We ask that you take a moment every day or two to feed him, using the instructions provided.
This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in the other two bedrooms. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the Summer period.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
