Hillside Avenue is as glamorous as it gets. First is the open-plan living area, which has wide windows, double-height ceilings and projector wall. To the right is a sitting area, where there’s a turquoise corner sofa, a matching armchair and an impressive slate fireplace. And to the left is the mirrored kitchen, with its glossy black breakfast bar. Then the staircase here takes you up to the master bedroom, which is open to the floor below. It has a king-size bed with a velvet headboard and a breathtaking view of the city below. There’s also a rain shower and a fitted bath in the contemporary ensuite bathroom.

Back downstairs, you’ll find a tiered garden just beyond the sitting room’s glass doors. Along to the left is the (entirely separate) second master bedroom – another sleek space with an open ensuite. And that’s not the only surprise out here. There’s also a sitting area with two firepits, a hot tub and – it is Hollywood, after all – an outdoor film projector.

Home truths

The pool at this home is not heated.

There are two sets of stairs in the garden of this home.

This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.

The master bedroom and ensuite are located on the upper floor of the home which is open to the sitting room below. Though there is an open layout, there are black-out curtains for privacy.

There is no door separating the second bedroom from its ensuite and the shower is located in the bedroom.

There is no traditional American Fridge/Freezer combo in this home. Instead there is a small fridge plus some refrigerated drawers and a separate freezer.

The second bedroom in the home is located in the separate guest house.

There is space for one vehicle in the carport of this home. There is also ample street parking available.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
