Oakville Estate is a six bedroom, four bathroom home in Napa and Sonoma. It is rare to impossible to find a 3 acre vineyard estate in the heart of the Napa Valley which makes this home particularly special. This property embodies the classic old Napa with a charming three bedroom farmhouse, an original water tower with one bedroom and sitting room, and a two bedroom poolside guest house. All three enjoy views of the vineyards and the western mountains as well as lush gardens and lawns. There is also a charming campsite hidden in the trees with fire pit and permanent tent cabin. As a compound the property can be used by a family or even amongst friends. The buildings were just re-done by a famous interior designer and are both rustic and whimsical. Rustic vintage finds sit alongside grand antiques in this home’s colourful, characterful living areas, which are full of charming original details too. The six bedrooms are just as distinctively done – you’ll spot everything from wrought-iron beds and old-style chests, to dainty, nature-themed artworks. A five minute bike ride gets one to the center of Yountville for dining or wine tasting and excellent restaurants are even within walking distance. Yet the property feels secluded and special.

Home truths

This home has 6 bedrooms but can also be rented as just the main house with three bedrooms for a lower price. Please inquire when booking.

The Annex features a single bed under the staircase as well as a single bed in the lofted area.

This home has a pool (with no fence) accessible from the back of the house. There is, however, a pool cover.

There is space for up to 10 cars to park in the driveway.

There is an additional campground style bedroom on the property with a queen-sized bed. Please inquire when booking.

This home has a minimum length of stay of 30 nights.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
