Spring Loft II is well-suited to its energetic neighbourhood. Exposed brick walls and stamped-tin ceilings are paired with lively artworks and brightly coloured furniture. Above the contemporary dining table there’s an unusual chandelier hung with photographs and letters. And in the open-plan living area the seating space’s earthy tones – ochre, chestnut and sage green – fade into the kitchen’s more neutral shades, where marble countertops are a refined addition. Just beyond, down an airy corridor, you’ll find three cosy bedrooms hidden behind frosted panes.

Your hosts fell in love with New York City’s energy nearly 15 years ago, when they moved from across the Atlantic. They've curated their loft to reflect their new hometown's verve.
Shapely coffee tables and sofas stand atop the living room’s wooden floor, and there’s a breakfast bar separating this area from the kitchen, where you can continue conversations while preparing dinner. Being a single-storey space means the impressive master bedroom is close by, its carved wooden furniture tempered by a soft, faux-hide rug. And there are two bathrooms here too. One is a simple affair, tiled in gleaming white with a walk-in shower, while the other is more unusually kitted-out, with a raw-stone bathtub and matching sink.
The bunk beds in the third bedroom are child sized.
Please know that there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and two wine fridges located inside the third bedroom.
The building's heating system and radiators are a bit dated. As such, the pipes will make noise when in use in the winter months, which can be heard throughout the home and may not be suitable for those sensitive to noise.
Some footstep noise from the neighbours upstairs can be heard from inside the home.
The king bed in the second bedroom is made from two twin beds pushed together.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
