Tasteful arrangements From the heated pool to the indoor-outdoor sitting room, Orlando Avenue is delightfully put together. Upon entering the home the main living space lies in front of you, past an upright piano (tucked beneath the ultramodern staircase) and a cosy sofa nook. Cheerful primary shades perk up the kitchen and seating area, with a contemporary fireplace and dining table for six. Concertina doors open onto the garden, where there’s a pool, hot tub and shaded seating spots. Inside, stairs lead to the upper bedrooms - a single trundle bedroom with a private balcony, a bedroom with a queen bed, and the second bedroom, with a desk and sofabed. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a fireplace, balcony and super-king bed, but the high note is the ensuite – a gorgeous chocolate-tiled space with a steam shower and freestanding bath.

This home is usually the residence of two dogs. While they will not be present for guest stays, this home may be unsuitable for those with pet allergies.
Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the trundle bed in the fourth bedroom has been replaced with a queen-sized bed.
This home can comfortably sleep, seven guests. In addition to that, two guests can sleep on the double sofa bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a single trundle bed, which can each sleep an additional guest, bringing the maximum amount of guests to ten.
There is no wardrobe in the fourth and fifth bedrooms so we will provide hanging rails for storage.
There is space for two cars in the private driveway. There are also two permits provided for parking on the surrounding streets.
This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
