Outpost Escape is a one bedroom, two bathroom home in Hollywood Hills. This home’s white-painted, terracotta-tiled open-plan living area has a simple-yet-stylish kitchen – with a breakfast bar – to one side and a welcoming sitting room to the other. Its wide windows give right onto this home’s garden (where there’s a pool). The ensuite master bedroom, with its subtle, elegant decor and generous balcony, shares the same mellow vibe. Tucked away in the Hollywood Hills, you’re very close to scenic Runyon Canyon Park. And it’s only around an eight-minute drive from this peaceful area to the bright lights of Hollywood.

  • Please note the homeowner's dog stays at the home occasionally, but will not be there during your stay.

  • The driveway leading to this home can accommodate up to six cars, however, please be aware that the driveway is very steep.

  • The central air conditioning and heating in this home is only available upstairs. The windows on the lower floor open completely to let in a cool breeze.

  • This home has an open swimming pool (with no fence). There is, however, a pool cover.

  • Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the TV in the upstairs bedroom has been removed. There is one TV located downstairs.

  • This home comfortably sleeps two adults, with an additional queen sofabed that can be made up upon request in the sitting room bringing the maximum occupancy to four.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
