Less than a ten-minute walk from its lively streets, you’ll have plenty of options when it comes to getting a bite to eat or indulging in a spot of retail therapy at the famed Camden Market. Even closer are the lawned gardens of Regent's Park, where you can enjoy pretty landscaped gardens, worlds away from the usual city bustle. In fact, the inner and outer circles of Regent’s Park can be found right at the end of the road, meaning you’re just steps away from a morning jog or an afternoon stroll in the park. Five floors up from street level, Oval Road III overlooks the Camden Roundhouse and the rest of the city skyline. Everything unfolds across a single, spacious level, with the heart of the home being the glorious sitting room. Rustic features - such as the exposed brick walls and natural wood flooring - contrast beautifully against the chic soft furnishings, their deep blue and orange tones grabbing your attention as soon as you walk in. With both the kitchen and dining area set just behind the sitting room, it’s a wonderfully sociable layout for a small group of friends getting together to enjoy some quality time away. There’s even a balcony running along the length of the apartment - the perfect spot to sit on and soak up the city views, morning coffee in hand. A good night’s rest can be enjoyed in the master bedroom; a bright, modern space offering a king-sized bed and a private ensuite. Equally as lovely is the second bedroom, complete with a double bed and decorated with vibrant golden hues. Both bedrooms enjoy direct access to the balcony, from which you can the sights and sounds of Primrose Hill.

Home truths

  • This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • Some noise can be heard inside the home from passing trains.

  • Access to the bed in the second bedroom is restricted on one side.

  • This home only has internet TV.

  • The parking space is currently not available.

  • There is a construction site behind this home so some noise may be heard inside the home and on the balcony.


  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
