Four bedrooms, an open-plan living area, a spacious garden – there’s plenty of room to spread out in Parke Road. To the left of the entrance, there’s a grey corner sofa and gilt-framed landscape painting in the sitting room, and straight ahead you’ll come to the large kitchen. Clean lines complement white walls and a parquet floor, and past a wooden breakfast bar, ten can sit at the long dining table. Even longer is the desk in the skylit office, on the right.

Straight ahead, wall-to-wall glass folding doors lead out to the wide green garden. For the bedrooms, take the stairs ahead of the front door. There’s an all-white ensuite in the second bedroom (with a trundle bed), and along the hallway you’ll reach the bathroom and the fourth bedroom (with a bunk bed). The third bedroom (with a single bed) is at the end of the hallway, and up again, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own ensuite.

Home truths

There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

The bunk bed in the fourth bedroom will comfortably sleep one adult on the bottom single, and has room for a further one child on the top bunk. There is also a trundle bed which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

One lovable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

The homeowner's au-pair lives in the summer house at the back of the garden. She has access to a separate gate to let herself into the garden.

There is currently construction work taking place in the home next door.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
