Bold statement

From the cinema room to the skylit kitchen, Park Hill II really grabs your attention. To the left, you’ll find a spacious sitting room – here an L shaped sofa covered with rugs and cushions faces a wall-mounted television, and a pair of velvet sofas flank a fireplace. Stepping down into the contemporary kitchen, there’s a large, sloping skylight overhead, and a sleek breakfast bar (as well as a more formal dining area opposite). Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a gorgeous garden with patio seating area. From here, stairs lead down to the cinema.

Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms. The first floor master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and a contemporary ensuite with a freestanding bath.. Here too is the second bedroom, also with an ensuite. Climb the stairs to the second floor to find there more bedrooms (one with two single beds, the others with a double apiece). Up at the top of the home, the second sitting room is a cosy spot, with a vaulted ceiling and another family-sized sofa.

Home truths

One loveable dog and cat live at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

There is no wardrobe in the fourth bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

This home accepts children over six years old but does not accept toddlers or babies.

There is space for one car in the driveway of this home. Please let us know if you when you book.

This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.


Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
