With two complementary his and hers sitting rooms, one navy, one sage - the second floor is a clubhouse custom-created for entertaining in cordial company. Televisions peep out discreetly from behind paintings at the press of a button, keeping your gathering prim and proper (or casually unbuttoned). Upstairs, lavish master quarters in textured blues embrace much of the third floor and unfold out onto a broad balcony. While away the hours in the museum-calibre ivory master ensuite, or press upward to explore an array of guest bedrooms and washrooms outfitted in palettes and poise wholly their own. Home truths
This home spans over five floors as well as a finished basement. The home's elevator will not be in service for guest stays. In the basement of the home you'll find a theatre, laundry facilities, and a half bathroom. On the first floor of the home are the kitchen and first sitting room with back patio. The second floor of the home features two more sitting rooms. On the third floor of the home you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The fourth floor has two guest bedrooms that are connected by a shared ensuite bathroom. The fifth and top floor of the home has yet another guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as a private roof terrace.
The third floor guest bedroom has a single bed as well as a trundle bed. On the fourth floor one guest bedroom features a single size bunkbeds that sleeps one guest each and the other guest bedroom has a lofted single bed that sleeps one guest. The fifth floor guest bedroom features a queen airbed that sleeps an additional two guests, bringing the occupancy to nine.
The minimum stay length for this home is thirty nights.
Policies
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
