Stepping off the thrumming streets of the Latin Quarter, you’ll find this home’s entrance on the far side of a green courtyard. The front door opens into a small hallway, with a toilet room straight ahead and the kitchen – wooden and understated – to the right. Opposite is the sitting room, which has two tan leather armchairs, a soft-pink sofa and a white piano to one side, and a scrubbed-wood dining table (which overlooks the shady garden) to the other.

The stairs on the left here take you to the first floor, where there’s a toilet room, an office (with a scarlet sofabed) and the master bedroom – a pared-back space with long windows that open onto the leafy terrace. And above that are the kids’ quarters. There’s a toilet room, a bathroom and two brightly accessorised bedrooms, each with a custom-made wooden bed and glass doors onto the last and loftiest balcony.

Home truths

The sofabed in the office can accommodate an additional two guests. Please let our Reservations team know how you would like the room to be set up for your stay.

There is no hanging space in the third bedroom, so we will set up a collapsible hanging rail for your stay.

In respect for the neighbours, noise should be kept at a minimum in the garden.

This home has steep internal stairs.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so ask us if you'd like to have fans for your stay.

Please be aware that there is no television in the apartment.

This home has two balconies which are not pictured.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
