A gorgeous three-bedroom apartment in Islington, The Penthouse commands fabulous views across London’s sweeping skyline. Inside, industrial-chic is ever-present. What was once a former warehouse has been transformed into a sleek living space, ideal for a getaway with friends or a family break. At the heart of the apartment is a light-filled, open-plan sitting room and kitchen. This bright and airy space keeps the conversations flowing, whether you’re unwinding on the huge sofa, whipping up a tasty dinner, or taking a moment to enjoy some fresh air on the terrace. Taking up the entire length of the apartment, the terrace is a particularly wonderful addition - especially if you plan on visiting during the summer months. With plenty of outdoor seating, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine or an al fresco lunch with a view. The Shard, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and the London Eye are just a few of the landmarks you can get a good glimpse of from here. All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed - the master bedroom being the largest of them all with a super king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom that features a freestanding bathtub. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers a double. Kings Cross station is a ten-minute walk away, giving you the option to hop on the tube and explore the rest of the city. There are lots of great options close by, though - the foodie-favourite Coal Drops Yard offers a whole host of excellent eateries, as well as a good number of trendy wine bars.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
