There’s much to see inside this flamboyant East Village home. The front hallway leads first to a bathroom, and then to the kitchen, which is boldly tiled, and has a marble breakfast bar set with silver stools. Beyond that, right at the end of the hallway, is the dining room. This room’s full of books, and has a designer table that stands atop a shag pile rug. A door here takes you through to the blue-and-white bathroom, where there’s a bath with an integrated shower.
Next, just past the dining room’s curio-dotted shelves, you’ll come to the adjoining sitting room. This room has two bright-blue armchairs, a leather sofa and colourful paintings aplenty. It leads into the master bedroom – a slightly subtler space with a simple queen-size bed, mirrored wardrobes and just a few offbeat accessories and artworks.
One lovable dog lives at this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
Some noise from the pub on the street and the plumbing can be heard from inside the home, especially in the bedroom. The street noise is most noticeable during summer evenings until closing time.
This home has air-conditioning units in the sitting room and master bedroom.
Currently, the second bathroom with the shower is out of order. It will be fixed soon.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
