This Saint-Germain-des-Prés home is a place with a sense of history. You enter into a second-floor hallway, to the right of the open-plan living area. This classic room has parquet floors and corniced ceilings, and is home to some of the hosts’ favourite antique pieces. To one side there’s a dining area – ornately papered, with a long table and bookshelves filled with leather-bound books – and opposite that there’s a cosy sitting area, decorated in soft greys and purples. Just beyond an ornamental fireplace, a door leads through to a second sitting room. It adjoins both a bathroom and the second bedroom, made magnificent by a four-poster bed.
Then on the right of the entrance hall there’s a toilet room, the smart kitchen and a study. Straight ahead is another bathroom, and through the last door (on the left) is the master bedroom, where this home’s daintiest artworks can be found.
There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
This apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building with no lift.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so ask us if you'd like to have fans for your stay.
The king size bed in the second bedroom is made of two single beds.
The master bedroom can only be accessed through the master bedroom ensuite.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
