On a quiet residential street in West Hollywood (but only a few blocks from Santa Monica Boulevard) you’ll find charm and serenity at Poinsettia Place. There’s a private front yard with a lawn behind the gate and, through the entry door, the hi-spec kitchen, dining room and sitting room (with a fireplace and exposed-beam ceiling) open up from right to left. If you’re having a quiet night in, select a film from the host’s extensive DVD collection.
All three bedrooms are along the hallway off the dining room. In the comfortable children’s room there’s a pink tufted headboard and a crib. The master bedroom (king) and second bedroom (a double) both have French doors to the back garden — and the shimmering, heated swimming pool. There’s also a shaded deck and a swing, with space to dine out in the evening– it’s a patch of heaven in Hollywood.
This home is usually the residence of a dog. While he will not be present for guest stays, this home may be unsuitable for those with pet allergies.
The host will provide one parking permit for street parking.
The minimum stay length for this home is five nights.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
