Over the rainbow
Situated in Villa Borghese-Northern Rome, this home has colour and character. To the right of the entrance, the kitchen has black cabinets and red dining chairs, and to the left, there’s a marbled green ensuite in the fourth bedroom (which has a queen-size bed and a balcony). The kitchen also leads out to a balcony, and straight ahead, so does the living space. A cushioned corner sofa faces a low-slung coffee table, and there’s room for ten in the dining room, brightened by colourful glassware. With a sofa area and two large dining tables, the balcony beyond makes the most of its sweeping views.
Upstairs, the lilac second bedroom and green third bedroom have single beds and a shared ensuite, and also on this floor you’ll find the slope-ceilinged master bedroom. Yellow walls surround a queen-size bed and retro-style banquette, and opposite an all-white ensuite, French windows lead out to another ochre balcony.
This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only.
There is a staircase in this home without banister rails.
This home has a communal garden which is not pictured. It is shared with three other apartments.
All homes in Rome have a limit on the amount of power that can be used at one time (3 KW). Using too many appliances at the same time can cause a short-circuit.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
