This terrace has been bought into the 21st century with it's paired- back design using raw materials such as exposed brick and hand carved sandstone to give a modern industrial feel. Simple but fashionable furnishings and artwork with pops of colour complement this home's design. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The generously sized lounge area has two large glass doors opening onto a patio area looking into a small garden creating some privacy from the street. Downstairs is a cozy little reading nook, office, and separate laundry room. Master bedroom and the second bedroom sharing a beautifully renovated bathroom.

Household linen, kitchen, and bath towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made up before you arrive. A weekly cleaning service is included, as is a complete house cleaning upon departure. You’ll also have some surprises in store to welcome you: you’ll find toiletries in the bathrooms and a little gourmet gift basket in the kitchen. Other services are also available on demand when you reserve.
The tree-lined streets of Potts Point offer great diversity, previously known as Sydney's famous "Kings Cross" the area is now home to over 200 great cafes and restaurants. The area is filled with Victorian terraces and old art deco buildings. For the history enthusiast, Potts Point and surroundings are very rich in Sydney's history and this is reflected in the old architectural buildings and monuments. For the night owls, there is a grand choice of Nightclubs and bars in nearby Kings Cross. Must visits would include the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House, Woolloomooloo Warf and Royal Botanical Gardens.

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
