Priory Road West is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Richmond. From the long Scandinavian-style sitting room to the wide American-themed kitchen, this cosmopolitan home has space to spare. At the end of the entrance hallway, the dining room is both traditional and contemporary. A chandelier hangs over a modern chaise at one end, and facing a bare-brick chimney breast, there’s room for six at the dining table’s Eames chairs. The kitchen, on the left, has timber worktops, and beyond you’ll find the sitting room, overlooked by angled skylights and an American flag.

Through full-height glass doors, the garden is paved, decked and lawned. Spacious as well are the master and second bedrooms, on the first floor – both have ensuites, and there’s a panelled hidden door in the master bedroom’s leading back to the landing. The family bathroom is on the top floor, and so are the further two bedrooms. The third bedroom has a single bed, while there's a raised single bed in the fourth bedroom. You’re within walking distance of the banks of the Thames and charming Kew Gardens, and it’s easy to get further afield too – Kew Gardens tube station is a ten-minute walk from here.

Home truths

This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.

The gas fireplace and the fireplaces in the bedrooms are ornamental.

There is no permanent hanging space in the master bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for your stay.

The bed in the fourth bedroom is a raised cabin bed.

There is a futon in the fourth room which can be set up for two. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

There is a single trundle bed in the third room which can be set up for one. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.

There is a further double bedroom which is currently being refurbished which may be available for guest use from December 2018. Please enquire with our Reservations Team for more details.

Two lovable cats live at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
