For those who have busy itineraries planned, the nearest tube station is less than five minutes away, with the Northern Line providing easy access to Leicester Square and Waterloo - among many more of London’s most popular districts. Your hosts divide their time between the USA and the UK, with Prince Arthur Road II as their cosy British bolthole. Your home comforts are all here; the sleek kitchen space makes meal prep an absolute pleasure, while the airy lounge is wonderful for unwinding or catching up on a bit of work. When it’s time to rest, a sumptuous super king-sized bed awaits in the master bedroom - a particularly spacious room that also boasts its own private ensuite bathroom. There is an equally comfy king-sized bed in the second bedroom.

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
There is construction on one side of this home with works expected to last until the end of the year. Minimal noise expected. Working Hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
A neighbouring property is due to be demolished and rebuilt (including basement excavation) starting in August 2022 and is due to last 2 years. Working hours are 8am-5pm.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.
Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
