Just down the road from the Pacific Palisades’ quaint village centre and across the street from the community pool, Radcliffe Avenue embraces its mid-century heritage. A path leads through the front garden, where there’s a barbeque and dining set. Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom on your right and a handcrafted staircase climbs straight ahead.

Left of the staircase, the inviting sitting room has wood-panelled walls and colourful chairs, and French doors open onto a deck. You can watch over the neighbourhood pool from here, or lounge under the hanging lights after sunset. The kitchen and dining area also open onto the patio. Up the spiral staircase, the third bedroom is tucked under the eaves. The master bedroom is down the hall, with an ensuite and exposed ceiling beams.

Home truths

This home is usually the stomping grounds of a dog, and though he will not be home during guest stays, people with severe allergies should be aware.

This home is situated beside a busy street and you can hear traffic noise while at the home.

There is space for two cars in the driveway and there are also two permits available for street parking during your stay.

This home comfortably sleeps five, and there's an airbed which can be set up in the third bedroom to sleep one extra guest. Please let us know if you'd like this set up for your stay.

This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.

Policies

Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. Please note bookings for Hamptons and French Riviera have a separate cancellation policy.

Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
