Description

Traditional twist Just down the road from the Pacific Palisades’ quaint village centre and across the street from the community pool, Radcliffe Avenue embraces its mid-century heritage. A path leads through the front garden, where there’s a barbeque and dining set. Inside, you’ll find a double bedroom on your right and a handcrafted staircase climbs straight ahead. Left of the staircase, the inviting sitting room has wood-panelled walls and colourful chairs, and French doors open onto a deck. You can watch over the neighbourhood pool from here, or lounge under the hanging lights after sunset. The kitchen and dining area also open onto the patio. Up the spiral staircase, the third bedroom is tucked under the eaves. The master bedroom is down the hall, with an ensuite and exposed ceiling beams.
