Randolph Avenue X is a two bedroom, two bathroom home in Maida Vale. With its muted colour palette, mid-century furnishings and well-chosen artworks, this home’s sitting room feels very refined. The same’s true of the adjoining kitchen, a marble-clad room that gives onto Randolph Avenue X’s rambling garden. More striking still is this home’s master bedroom – painted deep blue, it has an antique king-size bed and a suave marble-and-gold ensuite. Close to the heart of Maida Vale, this home’s also within walking distance of Little Venice (known for its pizzerias). Maida Vale tube station is a two-minute walk away.

Home truths

  • This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

  • There are steps down to the entrance of this home and the entrance is located at basement level.

  • There is an external camera outside this home connected to the entry system.

  • There is a glass walled ensuite in the guest bedroom. Although covered by a curtain on one side, it does not offer much privacy.

  • There is limited storage in the second bedroom, a small hanging rail is provided.

  • The flat directly above the home is undergoing a refurbishment, noise can be heard from inside the home.

Policies

  • Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here.

  • Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

  • I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

  • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.

  • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

  • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
