A Parisian classic
On the fourth floor of a Haussmannian building, Rue Rosa Bonheur has an elegant façade – and an interior to match. The front hallway leads first to the kitchen, which is pale-painted and practical. Next door to that there’s a bathroom, smartly tiled in blue and white, and then just across the hall you’ll find the sitting room. This parquet-floored room has a contemporary sofa, armchair and desk, but its centrepiece is an elaborate original (and ornamental) stove. Glass doors open into the adjacent dining room, where there’s a dining table (set with suede chairs) and an old-style drinks cabinet.
The door here takes you back out to the hallway, which leads next to a second blue-and-white bathroom, a toilet room and the understated second bedroom. Beyond that, through the final door, there’s the master bedroom. A simply decorated space (but for its ornate ceiling), it has a queen-size sleigh bed.
This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so let us know if you'd like fans for your stay.
This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.
There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
This home accepts babies and children over six years old, but does not accept toddlers.
Cancellation. Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Check-in and check-out. We’ll meet you at the home at your convenience any time after 4PM on your arrival date, and our standard check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
I.D. check and card authorisation. When you arrive we’ll check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any onefinestay home.
Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
